摘要: 民营企业经济是我国非公有制经济体的重要一部分，企业经济的飞速增长离不开企业员工的努力付出，在快节奏发展的时代，企业员工的工作压力随着企业一年又一年的新目标而增高。基于企业员工工作压力现状，对民营企业的发展提出新的策略和展望。

Abstract: The private enterprise economy is an important part of my country’s non-public economy. The rapid growth of the enterprise economy is inseparable from the efforts of the employees of the enterprise. In the era of fast-paced development, the work pressure of the employees of the enterprise increases with the company year after year to new goals. Based on the current situation of the work pressure on enterprise employees, new strategies and prospects for the development of private enterprises are put forward.
