浅谈如何做好工程项目档案管理
Talking about How to Do Well the Archives Management of Engineering Projects
摘要: 在整个工程建设管理过程当中，工程档案管理是重要的内容，它包括了工程实施状态、工程进度、工程安全等重要内容，涵盖项目实施的前期研究、项目立项审批、工程管理设计规划、竣工验收等文件的全部原始资料和正式的档案资料，其中记载了工程建设过程当中的现状，具有非常重要的保存价值。因此，必须要加强工程建设档案管理工作保证工程档案资料的准确、完整以及系统化。
Abstract:
During the whole project construction management process, engineering archives management is an important content. It includes important contents, such as project implementation status, project progress and project safety, all the original materials and official archives covering the documents of preliminary research, project approval, project management, design and planning, completion and acceptance of the project. It records the present situation in the process of engineering construction and has very important preservation value. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of engineering construction archives to ensure the accuracy, integrity and systematization of engineering archives.
