日本城市历史景观的保护与活用体系及其对中国的启示

摘要: 近年来，随着中国经济的快速增长，城市化的进程也在不断加快，由于早期规划不足或在城市扩张过程中对历史景观破坏的现象时有发生，许多历史城市的文化遗产和街道形态被侵蚀，城市记忆和城市个性正在变得模糊，城市历史景观保护体系的建立成为了当下中国继续解决的问题。而与中国文化相似的日本在此方面已有多年的经验，本研究通过对日本城市历史景观相关的法律分析，结合日本政府体制，具体案例详细解析日本城市历史景观体系，对中国城市历史景观体系的建立做出贡献。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy, the process of urbanization has also been accelerating, due to insufficient early planning or destruction of historic landscapes in the process of urban expansion, the cultural heritage and street forms of many historic cities are being eroded, urban memory and urban personality are becoming blurred, and the establishment of an urban historic landscape conservation system has become an issue that continues to be addressed in China today. Japan, which has a similar culture to China, has many years of experience in this area. This study contributes to the establishment of the historic urban landscape system in China by analyzing the laws related to the historic urban landscape in Japan, combining the Japanese government system with specific cases and analyzing the Japanese historic urban landscape system in detail.
