95后员工工作价值观与离职倾向的关系——工作满意度的中介作用

摘要: 在企业中,为了保持公司运营的活力,较为合理的人员流动是不可或缺的。但不正常数量的员工离职,会给企业带来不好的影响。本文以95后员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,利用量表了解员工的工作价值观、工作满意度和离职倾向的现状,采用SPSS分析三者关系并给出建议。研究结果:第一,95后员工工作价值观、工作满意度与离职倾向之间存在相关;第二,工作满意度在工作价值观和离职倾向之间起中介作用。
Abstract: In an enterprise, in order to maintain the vitality of the operation of the company, a reasonable turnover of personnel is indispensable. However, the abnormal number of staff dimission will bring bad influence to the enterprise. This paper takes post-1995 employees as the research ob-ject. By means of questionnaire survey, this paper uses scales to understand the status quo of employees’ work values, job satisfaction and turnover intention. SPSS is used to analyze the relationship among the three and give suggestions. Results: First, there is a correlation between the post- 1995 employees’ work values, job satisfaction and turnover intention; Second, job satisfaction plays a mediating role between job values and turnover intention.
