船用风管安装设计工艺研究
Research on Design Technology of Duct Installation on Ship
摘要: 风管是船舶空冷通系统的主要组成部分之一。风管系统相较于常规船舶而言,具有覆盖面广、数量庞大、型号种类多以及空间利用率要求高等特点,并且风管内部冷热气流运动时会产生风管的振动,从而影响相关环境的舒适性。本文从风管的安装需求与路径,安装结构与性能,安装振动与噪声,安装密封性能这几个方面对船舶风管进行安装设计研究。
Abstract:
Air duct is one of the main components of air cooling system on ship. Compared with conventional ships, the air duct system has the characteristics of wide coverage, large number, many types of models and high space utilization requirements. In addition, the vibration of the air duct will be generated when the cold and hot air flow inside the air duct moves, which will affect the comfort of the relevant environment. This paper studies the installation design of ship air duct from the aspects of installation demand and path, installation structure and performance, installation vibration and noise, and installation sealing performance.
