摘要: 高血压脑出血(Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, HICH)作为常见的急性脑血管疾病和脑出血类型中的一种,现在,已成为影响人们生命健康及导致死亡的重要因素,在中国有人统计发现,HICH的发病率在我国为0.72/10,000~1.15/10,000,其中大多数年龄于55岁之上,且年轻人的发病率有着愈来愈高的趋势。鉴于我国HICH患者较多原因,其根本是因为人口基数大所致,这不仅给患者及其家属带来不幸,亦会造成社会负担加重,降低人们的生活质量。故该篇文章于此分析相关治疗方式的特点及预后的对比作一综述。
Abstract: Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH), as one of the common acute cerebrovascular dis-eases and types of intracerebral hemorrhage, has now become an important factor affecting peo-ple’s life and health and leading to death. According to statistics in China, the incidence rate of HICH in China is 0.72/10,000~1.15/10,000, most of which are over 55 years old, and the incidence rate of young people is getting higher and higher. In view of the fact that there are many HICH patients in China, the fundamental reason is the large population base, which not only brings misfortune to the patients and their families, but also increases the social burden and reduces people’s quality of life. Therefore, this article reviews the characteristics of related treatment methods and the comparison of prognosis.
