基于CiteSpace的职业倦怠研究热点及发展趋势分析

摘要: 通过检索2001年1月~2021年8月在中国知网(CNKI)数据库中关于心理倦怠研究的核心期刊文献,统计该主题在各个年度的发文量,将所选取样本数据导入CiteSpace中,对样本文献作者以及关键词进行知识图谱的可视化分析。经过分析后可得:该领域的发文量随着时间变化呈现先波动性增长后趋于平稳的趋势;领域相关的研究者与相关机构合作较少;研究热点包括工作倦怠、护士、教师、情绪衰竭、心理资本等。结果表明,我国职业倦怠领域相关研究正在更深一步发展,对于员工心理状态有很大的研究价值。
Abstract: By searching the core journals on psychological burnout research in CNKI database from January 2001 to August 2021, the number of articles published on this topic in each year was counted. The selected sample data were imported into CiteSpace, and the author and keywords of the sample literature were visualized for knowledge graph analysis. After analysis, it can be concluded that the number of articles published in this field shows a trend of fluctuation growth first and then tends to be stable over time. There is less cooperation between researchers and related institutions. Research hotspots include job burnout, nurses, teachers, emotional exhaustion, psychological capital, etc. The results show that the related research in the field of job burnout in China is further developing, which has great research value for the psychological state of employees.
