Abstract: Under taking the arbitration rules of the international chamber of commerce (ICC), combined with an international arbitration practice of a China enterprise as well as from the perspective of the general arbitration procedure and arbitration cost, to make a detailed summary from the point of claimant and respondent. It will help reader to have an overall understanding of the ICC arbitration procedure and cost and provide a basic background and consideration for whether to choose to enter the arbitration procedure.
