摘要: 针对某圆形料场跨度大、高度高特点,结合现场条件与施工重点难点,综合采用分条块提升结合高空散装法施工方法。重点介绍了网壳结构分条块提升结合高空散装法施工技术工艺关键工序施工质量控制和安装质量保证措施,有效提高大跨度钢结构网壳的施工效率和安装质量。
Abstract: According to the characteristics of large span and high height of a circular stockyard, combined with the site conditions and key and difficult points of construction, the construction method of modularization lifting combined with high-altitude bulk method is comprehensively adopted. This article focuses on the key process construction quality control and installation quality assurance measures of modularization lifting combined with high-altitude bulk construction technology of reticulated shell structure, so as to effectively improve the construction efficiency and installation quality of long-span reticulated shell structure.
