摘要: 随着睡眠学科及儿童保健的发展，儿童睡眠的重要性日益受到家长、医护人员的关注，良好的睡眠对儿童生长发育起着至关重要的作用。近年来关于儿童睡眠情况及睡眠障碍的研究也越来越多，本文将进一步探讨学习0~5岁儿童睡眠及睡眠障碍情况，加深对儿童睡眠的了解、认知。

Abstract: With the development of sleep science and children’s health care, the importance of children’s sleep is increasingly concerned by parents and medical staff. Good sleep plays a vital role in children’s growth and development. In recent years, there have been more and more studies on children’s sleep and sleep disorders. This paper will further explore and learn about the sleep and sleep dis-orders of children aged 0~5 years, so as to deepen the understanding and cognition of children’s sleep.
