Analysis of Factors Influencing the Mental Health Status of a Township Population

摘要: 目的：调查西充地区乡镇人群心理健康状况及分析其相关因素，为当地心理疾病治疗提供相关数据参考。方法：随机抽取西充县舞凤镇双龙桥村居民共200人其中男女比例为1:1.38，采用抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)，简单自测焦虑量表(GAD-7)及匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)对当地居民进行自填式问卷调查。结果：共回收有效问卷181份，其中男女比例为1:1.38，平均年龄为(41.86 ± 19.11)岁。其中中重度抑郁焦虑8人，阳性率4.4%；存在睡眠障碍者41人，阳性率22.7%；多元线性回归分析显示，该地区人群文化程度是影响该地区人群抑郁的主要因素(P < 0.05)，同时年龄与文化程度是影响其睡眠质量的主要因素(P < 0.05)。结论：该地区人群抑郁水平受文化程度影响，同时睡眠障碍发病率受年龄及文化程度影响。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the mental health status of township populations in Xichong area and analyze their related factors, so as to provide relevant data reference for the treatment of local mental illness. Methods: A total of 200 residents of Shuanglongqiao Village, Wufeng Town, Xichong County were randomly selected, of whom the ratio of male to female was 1:1.38, and the self-filled questionnaire was conducted on the local residents using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), the Generalized anxiety disorder-7 (GAD-7) and the Pittsburgh sleep index (PSQI). Results: A total of 181 valid questionnaires were recovered, of which the ratio of males to females was 1:1.38, and the mean age was (41.86 ± 19.11) years. Among them, 8 people with moderate to severe depression and anxiety had a positive rate of 4.4%; and 41 people with sleep disorders, with a positive rate of 22.7%; Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the cultural level of the population in the region was the main factor affecting the depression of the population in the region (P < 0.05), and the age and cultural level were the main factors affecting the quality of their sleep (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The depression level of the population in this region was affected by the cultural level, while the incidence of sleep disorder was affected by age and cultural level.
