浅析大学生宿舍育人管理

Brief Analysis of College Student Dormitory Education Management

摘要: 本文重点考察当下大学生宿舍管理取得的成就、存在的弊端，进而批判积弊、诊脉探因。文章首先论述了宿舍的硬件设施日益改善、管理制度日趋完善和大学生宿舍生活日益美善。然后又指出了大学生宿舍管理存在的问题：以生为本思想流于形式、人格培养淡化和育人管理制度虚于形式。最后探讨了问题形成的原因及大学生宿舍育人管理的建议。

Abstract: This paper focuses on achievements and existing shortcomings of the current college student dormitory management, and then criticizes the accumulated disadvantages and causes. The article first discusses the hardware facilities of dormitory are improving, the management system is perfecting day by day and the dormitory life of college students is becoming better and better. Then it points out the problems existing in the dormitory management of college students: the student-oriented thought is just a form, the personality cultivation is weakened and the education management system is empty in the form. Finally, the causes of the problem and the suggestions of the dormitory education management are discussed.
