双一流学科建设背景下学分制导师在人才培养中的作用探讨
Study on the Role of Credit Tutor in Talent Training under the Background of Double First-Class Discipline Construction
摘要: 在各大高校争创“双一流”高校建设的新时期,建设高水平学科的关键是培养一流人才。学分制人才培养模式已在我国高校广泛应用,学分制导师作为学分制人才培养模式中一个鲜明的角色,在学分制人才培养中发挥了重要的作用。笔者通过文献调研和工作总结,发现当前学分制导师的工作现状不容乐观,将从实施学分制导师对人才培养的意义、学分制导师工作现状与问题探析,明确学分制导师工作职责,学分制导师考评制度,学分制导师师资队伍建设、规范学分制导师工作制度等方面探讨学分制导师在人才培养中的作用,以期为双一流学科建设、人才培养、教学管理提供一些建议。
Abstract:
In the new period when universities strive to build “double first-class” universities, the key to the construction of high-level disciplines is to train first-class talents. The credit system has been widely used in colleges and universities in China. As a distinct role in the credit system, tutors play an important role in the credit system. Through literature research and work summary, the author found that the current work situation of credit system tutors is not optimistic. This paper will analyze the significance of the implementation of credit system tutors to talent training, the current situation and problems of credit system tutors, clarify the work responsibilities of credit system tutors, and the evaluation system of credit system tutors. This paper discusses the role of credit system supervisors in talent training from the aspects of the construction of credit system tutor team and the standardization of credit system tutor work system, in order to provide some suggestions for the construction of double first-class disciplines, personnel training and teaching management.
