高校教师负性行为量表的编制
Compilation of the Negative Behavior Scale for College Teachers
摘要: 教师在与学生互动的过程中可能会出现让学生感到消极的行为而不自知,从而影响师生关系与教学效果,因此编制量表以便高校教师自查负性行为。首先通过文献分析与一对一访谈总结出师生互动场景;再通过问卷收集高校教师负性行为,再通过四轮预试以及评估和修订形成最终问卷,再通过一对一监督被试填写E-prime程序得到数据,最终问卷采用数量估计法。基于数量估计法在实践中遇到的困难,对其进行了相应的改进,分析最终问卷数据后得到高校教师负性行为量表。信度和效度符合心理测量学要求,可用于高校教师负性行为的初步施测。
Abstract: In the process of interacting with students, teachers may have behaviors that make students feel negative without knowing it, thus affecting the teacher-student relationship and teaching effect. Therefore, a scale was developed to facilitate the self-inspection of negative behaviors by college teachers. Firstly, through literature analysis and one-to-one interviews, the teacher-student interaction scene is summarized; then, the negative behaviors of college teachers are collected through questionnaires, and then the final questionnaire is formed through four rounds of pre-examination, evaluation and revision, and then through one-to-one supervision of the subjects to fill in E-prime program to get the data, the final questionnaire adopts the Magnitude Estimation method. Based on the difficulties encountered by the Magnitude Estimation method in practice, it has been improved accordingly, and the negative behavior scale of college teachers is obtained after analyzing the final questionnaire data. The reliability and validity meet the requirements of psychometrics, and can be used for preliminary testing of college teachers’ negative behavior.
