大学生传承动机对人际型心理资本的影响
The Influence of College Students’ Legacy Motivation on Guanxi-Oriented Psychological Capital
摘要: 人们普遍拥有“期待不朽，被人铭记”的传承动机。有关传承动机的研究发现传承动机使人们更具奉献精神，包容宽恕上一代人的消极行为决策，具有提升人们的责任感等积极效应。人际型心理资本具有包容宽恕、感恩奉献、尊敬礼让与谦虚诚稳等四个维度，其中的包容宽恕和感恩奉献与传承动机所能引发的积极影响极其相似。本研究从提升人际型心理资本的角度出发，探索传承动机的积极效应是否能对人际型心理资本造成积极影响。研究一通过问卷星发布传承动机问卷与人际型心理资本问卷，共收回有效问卷136份。研究二通过实验法探讨了传承动机与人际型心理资本的关系。研究结果发现传承动机与人际型心理资本存在正相关，传承动机越高人际型心理资本越高。传承动机启动组的人际型心理资本水平显著高于控制组。启动个体的传承动机可有效提升其人际型心理资本水平。
Abstract: People generally have the legacy motivation, like “expecting immortality and being remembered”. The former research on legacy motivation finds that legacy motivation makes people more dedicated, being tolerant to the negative behavior decisions from the previous generation, and improves people’s sense of responsibility. Guanxi-oriented psychological capital has four dimensions: Toleration and forgiveness, thanksgiving and dedication, modesty and prudence, respecting and courtesy. Toleration and forgiveness, thanksgiving and dedication are just like the positive effects of legacy motivation. From the perspective of developing Guanxi-oriented psychological capital, this study explores whether the positive effects of legacy motivation can have a positive impact on Guanxi-oriented psychological capital. In Study 1, we first explored the relationship between legacy motivation and Guanxi-oriented psychological capital by questionnaire method, and collected 136 valid questionnaires. In Study 2, we used experimental method. The relationship between legacy motivation and Guanxi-oriented psychological capital was then further explored through an experimental approach. The results show that there is a linear positive correlation between legacy motivation and Guanxi-oriented psychological capital. The higher the legacy motivation is, the higher the Guanxi-oriented psychological capital is. Level of Guanxi-oriented psychological capital of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Legacy motivation can enhance the Guanxi-oriented psychological capital.
