摘要: 本文介绍了1例氯氮平联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症致患者粒细胞缺乏病例，叙述了其临床表现、辅助检查、治疗经过，结合相关文献，探讨氯氮平、利培酮致患者粒细胞减少、缺乏的风险，以及防范措施。
Abstract: This paper introduces a case of granulocytopenia caused by clozapine combined with risperidone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia, describes its clinical manifestations, secondary ex-amination, and treatment process, combined with the relevant literature, to discuss the risk of granulocytopenia caused by clozapine and risperidone, and the preventive measures.
