Abstract: At present, with the rapid development of science and technology and the popularization of Internet information technology, the products of information technology have been more widely popularized in society and life, bringing great changes to social production and people’s lifestyle. The popularization and application of the Internet have promoted the transformation of enterprise business model, promoted the birth and development of e-commerce, and provided more directions and opportunities for the development of enterprises. The paper analyzes and studies how to effectively build and improve the enterprise financial management model under the e-commerce back-ground, aiming to contribute to the implementation of the new financial management model for enterprises.
