Abstract: Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography (ERCP) is one of the main methods to treat common bile duct stones at present. The common complication after ERCP is recurrence of common bile duct stones. There have been many studies on the risk factors of choledocholithiasis recurrence after ERCP. However, the conclusions of different studies are different. In this paper, the risk factors of choledocholithiasis recurrence after ERCP were summarized to provide a preliminary theoretical basis for the prevention of choledocholithiasis recurrence after ERCP.
