国内外放射性皮炎的护理研究进展

摘要: 恶性肿瘤是全球民众都非常关注的疾病之一，放射性治疗是目前治疗肿瘤的有效手段，而放射性皮炎是肿瘤局部放射治疗时最常见的并发症。有接近50%的患者因重度放射性皮炎而中断放射治疗，严重影响了放疗进程和生存率。目前针对放射性皮炎护理的国内外研究仍处于初始阶段，尚未对此形成统一共识。本文旨在针对国内外近年来放射性皮炎的护理研究作一综述，以期为今后制定护理标准或指南提供科学参考。
Abstract: Malignant tumours are one of the diseases that are of great concern to people all over the world, Radiotherapy is now an effective means of treating tumours, radiation dermatitis is the most common complication of local radiation therapy for tumours. Nearly 50% of patients interrupt radiation therapy due to severe radiation dermatitis, which seriously affects ra-diotherapy course and survival rates. Current domestic and foreign research on the care of radia-tion dermatitis is still in the initial stage, no consensus has been reached on this issue. The aim of this paper is to review the recent research on the care of radiation dermatitis in China and abroad, with a view to providing scientific reference for the development of future care standards or guide-lines.
