孤独感与经验性回避在真实性与自杀意念关系中的链式中介作用

Chain Mediating Roles of Loneliness and Experience Avoidance in the Relation between Authenticity and Suicide Idea

摘要: 目的：探讨真实性对自杀意念的影响，以及孤独感与经验性回避在二者之间的中介作用。方法：使用真实性量表、孤独感量表、贝克自杀意念问卷和经验性回避量表，采取网上收集问卷方式，对400名全国被试进行问卷调查。结果：1) 相关分析显示，真实性与自杀意念，孤独感，经验性回避呈负相关(r = −0.314, −0.463, −0.537, P < 0.01)，孤独感与自杀意念，经验性回避呈正相关(r = 0.302, 0.541, P < 0.01)，经验性回避与自杀意念呈正相关(r = 0.434, P < 0.01)。2) 经验性回避在真实性和自杀意念之间起完全中介作用(95% CI: −0.18~−0.08)。3) 孤独感和经验性回避在真实性与自杀意念之间起链式中介作用(95% CI: −0.09~−0.03)。结论：真实性通过影响孤独感以及经验性回避进而预测个体的自杀意念，即个体越不真实，感受到的孤独感就越高，同时越倾向于经验性回避，从而影响自杀意念。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of authenticity on suicide idea and its mechanism. Method: A to-tal of 400 participants were investigated with Authenticity Scale, Loneliness Scale, Action Ques-tionnaire, and Beck suicide idea Scale. Result: 1) Correlation analysis showed that authenticity was negatively correlated with suicide idea, loneliness, and experience avoidance (r = −0.314, −0.463, −0.537, P < 0.01), loneliness was positively correlated with suicide idea and experience avoidance (r = 0.302, 0.541, P < 0.01), and experience avoidance was positively correlated with suicide idea (r = 0.434, P < 0.01). 2) Experience avoidance fully mediated the relation between authenticity and suicide idea (95 CI: −0.18~−0.08); 3) Loneliness and experience avoidance mediated the relation between authenticity and suicide idea (95 CI: −0.09~−0.03). Conclusion: Authenticity can predict suicidal ideation by influencing loneliness and empirical avoidance, that is, the less authentic an individual is, the higher the loneliness he feels and the more inclined he is to empirical avoidance, thus influencing suicidal ideation.
