护理专业学生安宁疗护态度现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Status Quo of Attitude towards Hospice Care and Its Influencing Factors among Nursing Students

摘要: 目的：了解护理专业学生安宁疗护态度现状及其影响因素，为其有效开展安宁疗护课程提供参考依据。方法：便利选取2022年9月~2022年10月青岛市某高校793名护理专业学生为研究对象，采用自编一般资料问卷、福罗尔梅特安宁疗护态度量表、死亡态度描绘量表、生命意义感量表进行问卷调查。结果：护生安宁疗护态度总分为(95.00 ± 13.72)分，死亡态度总分为(94.96 ± 17.23)分，生命意义感总分为(98.51 ± 21.43)分，单因素分析显示性别、学历、家中公开谈论死亡情况和是否学过安宁疗护知识在安宁疗护态度总分上差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；相关分析发现死亡态度总分及各维度、生活目标与安宁疗护态度相关(P < 0.05)；多元线性回归分析显示性别、是否学过安宁疗护知识、死亡逃避、死亡恐惧、自然接受以及趋近接受是安宁疗护态度的影响因素(P < 0.05)。结论：护理专业学生安宁疗护态度积极性不高，应加强安宁疗护教育，帮助护生建立正性的安宁疗护态度。

Abstract: Aims: To understand the status quo and influencing factors of attitude towards hospice care among undergraduate and junior college students. Methods: We selected 793 nursing students as our re-search objects in one university in Qingdao from September 2022~October 2022. Frommelt Atti-tudes towards Care of the Dying Scale Form B (FATCOD-B), Death Attitude Profile Revised (DAP-R), and Purpose in Life Test (PIL) were used for questionnaire investigation. Results: The total scores of nursing students’ attitude towards hospice care, DAP and PIL were (95.00 ± 13.72), (94.96 ± 17.23) and (98.51 ± 21.43) respectively. Univariate analysis showed that there was statistical significance in the total scores of attitude towards hospice care among gender, education, talking about death situation openly in family and whether learned knowledge related to hospice care (P < 0.05). Corre-lation analysis found that the total scores of death attitude and its each dimension, goals of life di-mension related to hospice care attitude (P < 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, whether learned knowledge related hospice care, death avoidance, fear of death, neutral acceptance, and approach acceptance are the influencing factors of attitude towards hospice care (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The nursing students’ attitude towards hospice care was not high, we should strengthen hospice care education and help nursing students to establish positive attitude towards hospice care.
