探讨翻译政策对翻译学科及实践发展的影响——以“新冠肺炎”术语汉英翻译为例
A Study of the Influence of Translation Policy on the Development of Translation Discipline and Practice—Taking the Chinese-English Translation of the Term “COVID-19” as an Example
摘要: 自改革开放以来，我国翻译事业迎来了最好的发展时机，翻译学科发展及实践与时代需求和翻译政策密切相关，笔者拟从现实性需求、政策性需求和实践性需求三方面阐述翻译政策对翻译学科及实践发展的前瞻性影响，以术语“新冠肺炎”汉英翻译为例，体现翻译实践的动态化过程，与国家政治、经济、社会和文化等因素相关，为促进翻译学科及实践发展，统一规范翻译行业和实现国家文化战略目标，对翻译政策提出未来展望。
Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, translation cause in China has ushered in the best development opportunity. The translation policy has been closely related to the development and practice of translation discipline and the needs of the times. Therefore, the author intends to elaborate on the prospective influence of translation policy on the development of translation discipline and practice from practical needs, political needs and practical needs respectively, taking the term “COVID-19” as an example to reflect the dynamic process of translation, which is also related to nation, polity, economy, society and so on. To unify and standardize the translation industry, achieve the national cultural strategic objectives, and promote the development of translation discipline and practice, the future outlook of translation policy comes up in the end.
