摘要: “互联网+”产业的迅速发展，使得人工智能在产业市场的各个领域发挥作用。司法系统对“产教融合”的大力支持，使得以“互联网 + 法”为主要特点的司法服务系统在我国部分地区的法律实务部门得以广泛适用。“人工智能 + 法”将在很大程度上将人工智能的法律推理方式在社会实务中推广，同时也将对传统的法律推理模式的部分内容重新解读。微观层面，人工智能独特的自动化和高度统一化在一定程度上弥补司法实务机构的恣意性，同时提升个案审理速度从而提高司法效率。无地域限制的“人工智能+法”的广泛使用在理论上也可能加快不同法系的融合进度，从而实现优势互补。

Abstract: The rapid development of the “Internet+” industry makes artificial intelligence play a role in various fields of the industrial market. The judicial system gives great support to the integration of industry and education, which makes the judicial service system with “Internet + law” as its main feature widely applicable to the legal practice departments in some parts of our country. “Ai + Law” will promote the legal reasoning mode of AI in social practice to a large extent, and also reinterpret part of the traditional legal reasoning mode. At the micro level, the unique automation and high uniformity of artificial intelligence can make up for the arbitrariness of judicial practice institutions to a certain extent, and improve the speed of case trial to improve judicial efficiency. In theory, the wide use of “AI + method” without regional restrictions may also accelerate the integration of dif-ferent legal systems, so as to realize the complementary advantages.
