网络暴力的刑法视角研究

A Study of Cyber Violence from the Perspective of Criminal Law

摘要: 随着互联网的不断普及，互联网已经成为了人们生活必不可少的组成部分，但是互联网的快速发展也成为了犯罪的温床，“网络暴力”作为副产品也发展的相当迅速。本文从网络暴力的概念、特征、表现形式等基础问题入手，着力分析了我国现行法律对网络暴力的规制程度，并且最后提出了完善的建议。

Abstract: With the continuous popularity of the Internet, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people’s life, but the rapid development of the Internet has also become a hotbed of crime, “cyber violence” as a by-product also developed very fast. Starting with the basic problems of the concept, features and expression forms of the network violence, this paper analyzes the degree of the regulation of the network violence in our current laws, and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve it.
