摘要: 《物流系统规划与设计》基于“OBE”理念,重塑教学目标能力及教学内容,在授课过程中引入多种教学方法,课程评价体系贯穿整个教学过程。经过一年多的实践,效果显著。学生提高了学习热情,培养了他们自探式学习习惯,提升了学生的工科思维、工程思维。学生成为了课堂的主体,学生明确了最终的学习成果,并且也让学生看到了学习效果。与之前的教学模式相比,此次的课程实践取得了预期目标。同时,教师在这个过程中,也提高了教学质量。这次实践也印证了通过改革教育理念与教育方式,是可以提高学生学习效果的,对培养能够引领未来产业界和社会发展的领导型工程人才起到了积极作用。
Abstract: “Logistics System Planning and Design” is based on the “OBE” concept, reshaping teaching objectives, abilities, and content. Multiple teaching methods are introduced during the teaching process, and the course evaluation system runs through the entire teaching process. After more than a year of practice, the results are significant. Students have increased their enthusiasm for learning, developed their self exploration learning habits, and improved their engineering thinking and engineering thinking. Students become the main body of the classroom, clarifying the final learning outcomes and also allowing them to see the learning outcomes. Compared with the previous teaching mode, this course practice has achieved the expected goals. At the same time, teachers have also improved the quality of teaching in this process. This practice also confirms that reforming educational concepts and methods can improve students’ learning outcomes, and has played a positive role in cultivating leading engineering talents who can lead future industrial and social development.
