摘要: 伴随着社会经济的飞速发展，中国的家庭结构、家庭文化发生了深刻的改变，由父母之间的不和谐关系所导致的家庭问题日益受到社会的重视。萨提亚家族治疗在中国引进已经有几十年的时间了，但是，这种治疗方式在中国还很难实现本地化。通过对相关文献的梳理，可以看出，对于“萨提亚”模式，在理论与实践上都有了较为完备的研究，但在我国，这一领域的研究尚处于起步阶段，仍需不断地摸索与借鉴。萨提亚疗法的引进，必须结合我国的国情，使之本土化，以提升其在中国文化环境中的适切性，这是一个长期的过程。而在这个不断探索的过程中需要不断的更正，拓展“家庭”的交流方法与技能，成为实现本地化的切入点。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the social economy, China’s family structure and culture have un-dergone profound changes, and family problems caused by disharmonious relationships between parents are increasingly receiving social attention. The stair family therapy has been introduced in China for decades, but it is still difficult to localize this treatment method in China. Through a review of relevant literature, it can be seen that there has been relatively comprehensive research on the “stair” model in both theory and practice. However, in China, research in this field is still in its in-fancy and needs to be continuously explored and referenced. The introduction of stair therapy must be combined with China’s national conditions and localized to enhance its suitability in the Chinese cultural environment. This is a long-term process. In the process of continuous exploration, it is necessary to continuously correct and expand the communication methods and skills of “family”, becoming the entry point for achieving localization.
