我国数字经济发展水平测度及时空演进

Measurement and Space-Time Evolution of China’s Digital Economy Development Level

摘要: 基于2006~2021年中国30个省份(不含西藏和港澳台)面板数据，从数字基础设施、数字产业化发展、数字环境角度构建数字经济指标体系。采用熵值法测度数字经济发展水平，结果表明我国数字经济发展水平整体呈逐渐上升趋势；利用Dagum基尼系数分解法分析数字经济的区域差异及差异来源，表明数字经济总体差异主要来源于区域间差异；运用核密度估计探究数字经济的时空演进特征，核密度估计进一步验证了数字经济发展水平在逐渐提升，多极化现象有所改善。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2021 (excluding Tibet and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), the digital economy indicator system is constructed from the perspective of digital infrastructure, digital industrialization development and digital environment. By using the entropy method to measure the development level of digital economy, the results show that the development level of digital economy in our country is increasing gradually. The Dagum Gini coeffi-cient decomposition method is used to analyze the regional differences of digital economy and the sources of differences, which shows that the overall differences of digital economy mainly come from the inter-regional differences. Nuclear density estimation is used to explore the temporal and spa-tial evolution characteristics of digital economy. Nuclear density estimation further verifies that the development level of digital economy is gradually improving and the phenomenon of multipolariza-tion is improved.
