结直肠癌造口患者经济毒性的研究进展
The Research Progress on the Economic Toxicity of Colorectal Cancer Colostomy Patients
摘要: “经济毒性”已被国外学者进行广泛研究，但目前国内仍处于起步阶段。本文旨在从结直肠癌造口患者经济毒性的概述、流行程度、影响因素及干预策略等方面进行综述。总结归纳出影响结直肠癌造口患者经济毒性的如年龄、收入、教育经历、造口并发症、医保类型、负性情绪及疾病恐惧的关键因素。并在此基础上探讨加强知识宣教、完善相关政策、提供支持性资源和构建专科联盟护理模式的干预策略，为减轻结直肠癌造口患者的经济毒性提供参考依据。
Abstract: “Economic Toxicity” among colostomy patients with colorectal cancer has been extensively researched abroad, but is in its early stages in the domestic context. This paper aims to provide an overview of the economic toxicity among colorectal cancer colostomy patients, discussing its prevalence, contributing factors, and intervention strategies. It summarizes key factors influencing the economic toxicity among these patients, including age, income, educational background, colostomy-related complications, health insurance type, negative emotions, and fear of disease progression. Based on this, the paper explores intervention strategies such as enhancing educational outreach, improving related policies, providing supportive resources, and establishing specialized care models, aiming to serve as a reference for alleviating the economic burden on colostomy patients with colorectal cancer.
