积极老龄化视角下农村老年教育的发展困境及优化路径

Development Dilemma and Optimization Path of Rural Elderly Education under the Perspective of Positive Ageing

摘要: 面临当前人口老龄化持续加剧的严峻挑战，我国实施积极应对人口老龄化战略，发展老年教育则是积极有效应对人口老龄化的重要举措。农村老年人是一个占比较大的社会群体，开展农村老年教育工作至关重要，这既满足了农村老年人日益增长的老年教育需求，也助力了新时代乡村振兴战略、贯彻了积极应对人口老龄化战略的内在要求。本文基于农村老年教育所面临的发展困境进一步提出树立积极老龄化理念、加强设施建设、完善农村老年教育多方保障体系这三个方面引导和帮助农村老年人提升综合技能、助力乡村振兴、推动新时代农村老年教育高质量发展。

Abstract: Facing the severe challenge of aging population, China implements the strategy of positively coping with population aging, and the development of geriatric education is an important measure to actively and effectively cope with population aging. Rural elderly is a relatively large social group, it is crucial to carry out rural geriatric education, which not only meets the growing demand for geriatric education of the rural elderly, but also helps the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era, and carries out the inherent requirements of the strategy of positively coping with the ageing of the population. Based on the development dilemma faced by rural elderly education, this paper further proposes to set up the concept of positive aging, strengthen the construction of facilities, and improve the multi-directional guarantee system of rural elderly education, which will guide and help the rural elderly to improve their comprehensive skills, contribute to the revitalization of the countryside, and push forward the high-quality development of rural elderly education in the new era.
