浅析公共管理案例教学的挑战及对策

Brief Analysis of the Challenges and Strategies of Case Teaching in Public Administration

摘要: 案例教学作为一种以案例为基础、开放互动式的教学方法，在公共管理硕士人才培养中起着重要作用。近年来，公共管理案例教学越来越受到重视，成为专业学位研究生教学改革的重点。案例教学能够将抽象的公共管理理论和实际情境相结合，充分培养学生的批判性思维和多角度审视问题的能力，提升学生分析问题及解决问题的能力，促进公共管理人才培养质量的提升。因此，公共管理人才培养更加需要重视案例教学，重视研究实践问题，通过案例研究和案例教学完成实践经验的复制、推广和持续创新。本文通过对公共管理案例教学的特点及现状分析，指出目前中国公共管理案例教学存在的问题和挑战，并提出针对性的解决方法和策略。

Abstract: As a case-based, open and interactive teaching method, case teaching plays an important role in talent cultivation of Master of Public Administration. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the case teaching of public administration, which has become the focus of the teaching reform of professional degree graduates. The talent cultivation of public administration should highlight the importance of case teaching, emphasize the research on practical issues, and complete the replication, promotion and innovation of practical experience through case studies and case teaching. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and current situation of public management case teaching, this paper points out the existing problems and challenges of case teaching in public administration realm in China, and proposes possible solutions and strategies.
