工作–家庭冲突国内外研究综述
A Review of Domestic and International Research on Work-Family Conflict
摘要: 随着世界经济格局与中国社会经济的变革，人们的工作特征、生活方式及家庭结构发生了新的变化。如今，越来越多的人们开始调整自己在工作和家庭上的责任与投入，由此日益凸显的工作家庭冲突问题近年来得到大量管理者和研究者的关注。因此，文章从工作家庭冲突的概念、理论、相关研究等方面总结了对工作家庭冲突的研究结果，并在此基础上探讨了该领域未来的研究趋势。
Abstract: With the changes in the world’s economic landscape and China’s society and economy, people’s work characteristics, lifestyles and family structures have undergone new changes. Nowadays, more and more people are beginning to adjust their responsibilities and commitments at work and at home, and as a result, the increasingly prominent issue of work-family conflict has received the attention of a large number of managers and researchers in recent years. Therefore, this article summarizes the research findings on work-family conflict from the concept, theory, and related studies, and on the basis of which it discusses the future research trends in this field.
