泛娱乐化思潮对大学生心理健康的影响及策略研究

摘要: “泛娱乐化”是随着资本全球化和信息全球化的不断发展而出现的一种娱乐超越自身发展空间的文化现象，它以现代媒介为主要载体，以享乐主义与消费主义为核心，以狂欢为特点，通过空洞的形式、浅薄的内容和戏剧化的表演麻痹人们的神经，特别是对大学生的心理健康产生了巨大的影响。大学生正处于世界观、人生观、价值观的形成关键阶段，容易受到泛娱乐化思潮的影响，沉溺于低级娱乐而无法自拔，出现心理扭曲、行为怪异等问题。对此，需要加强大学生心理健康教育和马克思主义意识形态教育，使大学生自觉警惕与抵制“泛娱乐化”思潮。

Abstract: “Pan-entertainment” is a cultural phenomenon that appears with the continuous development of capital globalization and information globalization, where entertainment expands beyond its original scope. It takes modern media as the main carrier, hedonism and consumerism as the core, and carnival as the feature. It numbs people’s senses through empty forms, shallow contents, and dramatic performances. Especially, it has a significant impact on the mental health of college students. College students are at a crucial stage of forming their world outlook, outlook on life, and values, and are easily influenced by the trend of pan-entertainment, becoming addicted to low-quality entertainment and finding it difficult to break free, which can lead to psychological distortion and strange behavior. To address this issue, it is necessary to strengthen college students’ mental health education and Marxism ideological education, so that they can consciously guard against and resist the “pan-entertainment” trend of thought.
