摘要: 在21世纪的信息化浪潮中，大数据技术对社会经济产生了深远影响，随着大数据技术的广泛应用，人们的日常生活也发生了显著变革。然而，随着网络空间的不断扩张，网络暴力问题日益严重，已成为一个亟待关注的社会问题。网络暴力侵犯了受害者的名誉权和隐私权，导致心理创伤和社会信任危机。网络暴力通过网络平台或工具，以文字、图片、视频等形式恶意攻击、诽谤、侮辱他人，其特点包括匿名性、传播速度快、影响范围广，给受害者带来了无法挽回的损失。网络暴力的形式日趋多样化，例如数据挖掘和分析导致的精准诈骗或恶意骚扰，以及社交媒体上的“人肉搜索”和“网络审判”等，严重侵犯了公民权益。因此，研究大数据时代网络暴力的生成逻辑与纠错机制，对于维护网络空间的健康秩序和保障公民权益具有重大意义。

Abstract: In the information wave of the 21st century, big data technology has had a profound impact on the socio-economy. With the widespread application of big data technology, people’s daily lives have also undergone significant changes. However, as cyberspace continues to expand, the problem of cyber violence is becoming increasingly serious and has become an urgent social issue to be addressed. Cyber violence violates the victim’s rights to reputation and privacy, leading to psychological trauma and a crisis of social trust. It involves malicious attacks, defamation, and insults towards others through online platforms or tools, in the form of text, images, videos, etc. Its characteristics include anonymity, fast spreading speed, and a wide range of influence, bringing irreversible losses to the victims. The forms of cyber violence are becoming increasingly diverse, such as precision scams or malicious harassment caused by data mining and analysis, as well as “cyber manhunts” and “online trials” on social media, seriously violating citizens’ rights and interests. Therefore, studying the logic behind the formation of cyber violence and the mechanism for its correction in the era of big data is of great significance for maintaining a healthy order in cyberspace and protecting citizens’ rights and interests.
