摘要: 多种诱因可以引起颈椎后凸畸形,颈椎后凸畸形发生时患者常伴有多种躯体不适症状,使患者生活质量下降,严重后凸畸形可能会对颈脊髓、神经根、椎动脉等结构产生压迫,造成不可逆的严重后果。本文旨在通过回顾近年来对颈椎后凸畸形的研究做一综述。明确颈椎后凸畸形病因分类及不同手术方式的效果,为今后相关研究提供参考借鉴。
Abstract: Cervical kyphosis deformity could be caused by multiple factors. Patients often experience various physical discomfort symptoms when the cervical kyphosis occurs. It can lead to a decrease in their quality of life. Severe kyphosis may compress structures such as the cervical spinal cord, nerve roots, and vertebral arteries, causing irreversible and serious consequences. This article aims to provide a review of recent research on cervical kyphosis deformity, clarify the classification of causes of cervical kyphosis deformity and the effects of different surgical methods and provide reference for future related research.
