摘要: 幼儿园以游戏为基本活动，在学前教育扩优提质的背景下，关注幼儿的游戏已经成为学前教育工作者的必然选择。本文探讨了幼儿游戏中自主与规则的重要性及辩证关系，分析了两者在游戏过程中的失衡表现，并提出了相应的平衡策略。通过赋权幼儿开放游戏、循序渐进内化规则以及灵活指导促进自主等方式，旨在为幼儿提供一个既自由又有序的高质量游戏支持，促进其全面协调发展。

Abstract: Kindergartens take games as their basic activities, and in the context of expanding the quality of preschool education, paying attention to young children’s games has become an inevitable choice for preschool educators. This paper discusses the importance and dialectical relationship between autonomy and rules in young children’s play, analyzes the imbalance between the two in the process of play, and proposes a corresponding balancing strategy. By empowering young children to play openly, internalizing rules step by step, and promoting autonomy through flexible guidance, the paper aims to provide young children with both free and orderly high-quality play support and to promote their comprehensive and coordinated development.
