法治视域下孟连县边民互市贸易现状研究——以孟连县勐啊村为例

Study on the Status Quo of Border People Trade in Menglian County from the Perspective of Rule of Law—Taking Meng’a Village in Menglian County as an Example

摘要: 随着近年经济全球化、贸易全球化的快速发展，云南省普洱市孟连县勐啊村与缅甸邦康之间的边境贸易活动也随之日益活跃，为促进当地经济繁荣发展提供了重要的途径。然而，随着边民互市贸易的快速发展，边贸活动也伴随着跨国交易复杂、贸易不规范、跨境犯罪、贸易纠纷、法律监管难度大等诸多问题，而相关法律的运用成为了保障边民互市、维护边境稳定的关键。以勐啊村及周边地区边民互市存在的相关法律问题为切入点，分析目前边民互市中面临的问题并提出相应的解决策略。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization and trade globalization in recent years, the border trade activities between Meng’a Village, Menglian County, Puer City, Yunnan Province, and Bangkang, Myanmar, have become increasingly active, providing an important way to promote local economic prosperity and development. However, with the rapid development of border trade, bor-der trade activities are also accompanied by many problems such as complex cross-border transac-tions, irregular trade, cross-border crimes, trade disputes, and difficult legal supervision. The ap-plication of relevant laws has become the key to guarantee border trade and maintain border sta-bility. Based on the relevant legal problems existing in the border people’s trade market in Meng’a Village and its surrounding areas, this paper analyzes the problems faced in the border people’s trade market and puts forward corresponding solutions.
