中医治疗马尾综合征的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Cauda Equina Syndrome by Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 马尾综合征(Cauda Equina Syndrome, CES)是临床上一种常见的疾病，通常由腰椎间盘突出、肿瘤或椎管狭窄等病因引起。该综合征可能导致多种症状，包括腰背疼痛、坐骨神经痛、下肢无力或麻木、鞍区感觉异常以及膀胱、直肠或性功能障碍，这些症状严重干扰着患者的生活质量。中医综合疗法在治疗CES方面有着显著的优势，本文通过梳理近年来关于中医治疗马尾综合征的文献，剖析中医特色疗法，希望为临床治疗该病提供有价值的参考和依据。

Abstract: Cauda Equina Syndrome (CES) is a clinically common disease, usually caused by etiologies such as lumbar disc herniation, tumors, or spinal stenosis. This syndrome may lead to a variety of symptoms, including lower back pain, sciatica, weakness or numbness in the lower limbs, sensory abnormalities in the saddle area, and dysfunction of the bladder, rectum, or sexual function. These symptoms severely disrupt the patient’s quality of life. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has significant advantages in treating CES. This article reviews recent literature on TCM treatment for CES, analyzes the characteristics of TCM therapies, and aims to provide valuable references and evidence for clinical treatment of this disease.
