社会工作视域下电商平台助力社区老年助餐发展研究

Research on the Development of E-Commerce Platforms to Help the Elderly in the Community from the Perspective of Social Work

摘要: 随着人口老龄化程度的不断加深，居家养老服务需求日益增长且逐渐呈现出多样化的趋势。为解决居家老年人吃饭难的问题，各地纷纷建立社区食堂。然而，当前社区食堂在发展过程中存在许多问题。从社会工作视角出发，社区食堂难以持续运营的根源在于没有构建多元平台支持体系。而电商平台以其高效、便捷的特性，成为助力老年助餐服务发展的重要力量，其不仅能够扩大助餐服务的覆盖范围，提升服务质量，还能通过数据分析和智能推荐等技术手段，更好地满足老年人的个性化需求。因此，本文运用案例分析法与观察法，探讨社会工作视域下电商平台如何有效发挥链接为老资源的作用，推动老年助餐服务O2O模式发展，以期提高社区老年助餐服务质量与创新发展。

Abstract: With the increasing aging population, there is a growing demand for home care services, which is gradually becoming more diversified. To address the issue of elderly individuals struggling to eat at home, community canteens have been established nationwide. However, the development of community canteens faces numerous challenges. From a social work perspective, the fundamental reason for the difficulty in sustaining these operations lies in the lack of a multi-platform support system and overly simplistic overall operational structure. As an emerging platform in recent years, e-commerce has the potential to inject new vitality into community canteens by aggregating meal information, integrating community resources, and introducing innovative service models. Therefore, this study employs case analysis and observational methods to explore how e-commerce platforms can effectively serve as connectors for existing resources from a social work standpoint and promote the development of an O2O model for elderly meal assistance services with the aim of enhancing quality and ensuring sustainable development.
