川渝地区公费乡村幼师职前培养现状
Current Status of Pre-Service Training of Public-Funded Rural Kindergarten Teachers in Sichuan and Chongqing
摘要: 本研究针对重庆四川两地公费乡村幼师培养现状进行调研,研究发现学前教育公费师范生的乡土情怀、专业理念与师德、专业知识和专业能力等方面都存在一定的差异性。学校应该加强教育教学,注重培养学生的爱国爱民、责任感和爱心。对农村学生,学校应该加强师德教育,提高他们对教育专业的理解和认同。对于不同家庭经济条件的学生,学校应该提供相应的教育资源和支持。学生的报考原因也会对其专业能力水平产生影响,喜欢教师这个职业和家长要求是学生专业能力水平表现相对较好的原因。学校应该开设相应的课程和实践活动,学校应该加强对学生的教育引导和支持,帮助他们更好地适应教育专业的要求和发展。
Abstract: This study investigates the current status of public-funded rural kindergarten teacher training in Chongqing and Sichuan. The study found that there are certain differences in terms of their sense of place, professional concepts, teacher ethics, professional knowledge, and professional abilities. The school should strengthen education and teaching, emphasize the cultivation of students’ patriotism, sense of responsibility, and kindness. For rural students, the school should strengthen teacher ethics education, improve their understanding and recognition of the education profession. For students from different family economic conditions, the school should provide corresponding educational resources and support. The reasons for students’ enrollment will also affect their professional ability levels, with students who like teaching as a profession and parents’ requirements being the reasons for relatively good professional ability levels. The school should set up relevant courses and practice activities, and strengthen guidance and support for students, helping them better adapt to the requirements and development of the education profession.
