教师领导力的概念界定和价值意蕴探析
The Concept Definition and Value Implication of Teacher Leadership
摘要: 教师领导力作为21世纪教育研究焦点,引起各国重视。要办好人民满意的教育,必须具有教师领导力的顶层设计。本文通过梳理中外教师领导力的相关研究成果,归纳教师领导力的基础概念和核心特征,探析教师领导力于教育改革、教师专业发展、卓越教师职业素养及丰富教育领导理论等方面的价值意蕴。
Abstract: Teacher leadership, as a focus of educational research in the twenty-first century, has attracted the attention of all countries. In order to do a good job of education to the satisfaction of the people, it is necessary to have a top-level design of teacher leadership. This paper summarizes the basic concepts and core features of teacher leadership by sorting out the relevant research results of teacher leadership in China and abroad, and analyzes the value implication of teacher leadership in education reform, teacher professional development, excellent teacher professionalism, and enrichment of educational leadership theory.
