结合鲜活鱼运输过程的经验,主要详细阐述了鱼类保活运输的主要方法以及影响鱼类保活运输质量的主要因素,同时对鲜活鱼运输质量保证待解决的问题和发展趋势进行了分析。
Combined with the experience of the fresh fish transportation, this article specifically introduced the main methods of the transportation to keeping the fish fresh and the key factor of the quality of fish preservation and transportation, and analyzed the development trends and the problem to be solved of fish preservation and transportation meanwhile.
