    摘要: “定制旅游”相比传统旅游方式,提升了旅游者的消费体验,也增强了产品的吸引力。传统的旅游行业企业在外部市场以及自身经营的双重压力之下,在互联网和大数据技术的影响不断加深和蔓延的背景下,创新商业模式具有重要的现实意义。传统旅游行业企业应对消费者的个性需求给予更多的关注,转向供需合作与定制旅行,积极融入在线旅游市场,利用互联网技术和大数据降低人资消耗进而降低运作成本。 “Customized Travel”, compared with the traditional way of tourism business, can improve cus-tomers’ traveling experience and increase the attractiveness of the service. For enterprises doing the travel business in the traditional way, they are faced with the pressures coming both from the outside and the inside, so to catch up with the “internet+” strategy and take advantage of the big data technology have become more and more important. This essay suggests that tourism industry enterprises pay more attention to care about the individuality of the customers, try to get closer to tailor-made travel business, get themselves used of the online platform and decrease the business cost by making the best use of the internet and the big data technology.
