摘要：虽然不在意资金规律与边际效用递减规律都属于效用理论的范畴，均在研究人们对一定货币或物的效用，并基于相同的经济人假设，但这两个理论又截然不同。边际效用递减规律是指消费者连续消费某一物品时所获得的边际效用递减，而不在意资金规律则研究某一笔资金在什么条件下人们就会不在意或忽略它。边际效用递减规律研究对象是连续经济行为，而不在意资金规律研究对象是一次性经济行为。边际效用递减规律的研究范畴是消费者的消费行为，而不在意资金规律不仅包括消费者的商品交易行为，而且还包括消费行为以外的经济行为，如慈善捐赠行为等。
Abstract: Although law of careless money and law of diminishing marginal utility are both belong to the theory of utility and have the same hyothesis “economic man”, but they are different laws. Law of diminishing marginal utility is a rule that people get marginal utility when they continuously consume the same goods. However, law of careless money is a rule that people will do not care the money when the money is some conditions. Law of diminishing marginal utility studies on people’s economic behaviors in continuous consumptions. However law of careless money studies on people’s economic behaviors in one economic action. The category of law of diminishing marginal utility is about economic behaviors in consumptions, but the category of careless money are not only economic behaviors in consumptions, but also economic behaviors in donation etc.
