江苏省从2010年起招收培养男免费幼师生。这一政策受到社会的广泛关注和家长、学生的热烈欢迎。幼儿园男教师对孩子们的影响是不可替代的。男女教师两种性别对孩子的整合影响会使孩子的发展更加健康、完整。所以，要高度重视男幼师生的培养。要从改善幼儿园男教师的社会氛围方面、强化男幼师生的职业信念方面、加强男幼师生的人际交往方面、培养男幼师生的良好个性方面，以及培养男幼师生的课程设置和教学等方面，使这些男幼师生树立正确职业信念，矢志不渝、立志幼教。
Free Male nursery students will be recruited and cultivated since 2010 inJiangsuprovince, which has been arousing wide concern and warm welcome from students and their parents. The kindergarten male teachers influence is irreplaceable for the children. Two male and female teachers to the integration of child sex influence the development of the child will make more health and complete. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the cultivation of young male nursery students. We should enable male nursery students to firmly and perseveringly build up positive professional faith in the aspects of bettering social atmosphere of male nursery teachers, reinforcing professional faith, strengthening ability of interpersonal relationship, fostering sound personality, and Curriculum and teaching of cultivating male nursery students.
