摘要:
改革开放以来，我国的土地资源配置市场化监管机制得到了空前的发展与完善，但在征地制度、土地市场管理、财政配套政策、政府角色定位等方面也存在诸多问题，因此有必要按照依法、可操作、系统性的原则对其进行完善，具体措施应包括完善土地征用制度、建立高效精干的土地监管体系、改革财政税收配套制度、增强国家宏观调控能力、规范政府管理行为等。
Since the reform and opening, Chinese supervision mechanism of land resources allocation mar-ketization to enjoy unprecedented development and improvement, but also has many problems in the land requisition system, the land market management, financial supporting policy, government role orientation, so it is must improve to according the principle of law, operational and systematic, specific measures shall in-clude improve land requisition system, establish high efficient land supervision system, reforming financial system, strengthen the country macroeconomic regulation and control ability, regulating the government management behavior, etc.
