    摘要: 目的:探讨维生素B12、维生素C联合25%硫酸镁及50%葡萄糖湿敷对化疗患者静脉保护的效果。方法:对2011年1月~2011年12月我院收治的92例静脉化疗患者随机分为对照组46例、干预组46例。对照组:化疗前后患者不用药物外敷静脉;干预组:化疗前后对患者采用25%硫酸镁联合维生素B12、维生素C外敷化疗静脉注射部位。比较两组患者化疗前后血管情况、静脉炎发生率及静脉炎发生程度。结果:干预组化疗前后静脉炎发生率低于对照组,血管情况比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P 。结论:硫酸镁联合维生素B12、维生素C湿敷对化疗患者的静脉有保护作用,能降低化疗期间静脉炎的发生率,能有效降低患者痛苦,且取材方便、价格便宜,便于临床使用及推广。 Objective: To explore the effectiveness of vitamin B12, vitamin C, magnesium sulfate (25%) and glucose (50%) applied to the protection of chemotherapy patients’ vein. Methods: 92 patients with venous chemotherapy were admitted from January to December 2011 and divided into two groups (the 46 patients in intervention group; the 46 patients in control group). The control group: patients have non-medical veins before and after chemotherapy. The intervention group: patients with vitamin B12, vitamin C and magnesium sulfate applied to their veins before and after chemotherapy. The patients’ vascular conditions, incidence of phlebitis and occurrence degree of phlebitis in two groups were com- pared. Results: The incidence of phlebitis in intervention group was lower than that in control group. There was a sig- nificant difference on vascular conditions in two groups which has statistical significance (P Conclusion: Using vitamin B12, C and magnesium sulfate has a protective effect on the chemotherapy of patients. This method can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and the pain of patients effectively. In addition, it is cheap and convenient for application.
