    摘要: 黄檗是我国中药关黄柏的来源植物,全株各部位含有多种生物碱,是我国传统的大宗药材,且黄檗树形优美。因此,其具有较高的药用、观赏价值。随着研究技术的不断发展,人们对黄檗化学成分、药机理等方面的研究不断深入。本文通过对近年来有关黄檗中主要生物碱的研究成果进行总结归纳,综述了黄檗中小檗碱、药根碱、掌叶防己碱(巴马汀)三种主要生物碱在化学成分、药理作用以及研究方法等方面内容,并对黄檗及其主要生物碱未来的研究方向进行展望,为今后进一步深入研究黄檗中生物碱的合成机理提供理论帮助。Phellodendron amurense Rupr. is a source plant of traditional Chinese medicine amur corktree. Each part of it contains varieties of alkaloids. It is the traditional Chinese medicine and has the beautiful tree form. Therefore, P. amurense has high medicinal and ornamental value. With the continuous development of science and technology, chemical constituents of P. amurense and drug mechanism are intensively studied. This paper summarizes the research results of the main alkaloids of P. amurense in recent years, reviews three kinds of main alkaloids, berberine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine of P. amurense in chemical composition, pharmacological activities and the research methods etc. and prospects the future research direction of main alkaloids in P. amurense to provide the theoretical help for the further study of mechanism of synthesis of alkaloids in P. amurense.
