目的：本研究目的在于探讨大学生的人格特质与职业类型选择的关系。方法：500名被试参与艾森克人格问卷(成人版)和Holland职业兴趣测验的施测，并对测验结果进行相关分析。结果：内外向与艺术型、社会型、企业型职业类型之间存在十分显著的正相关；神经质和社会型、企业型职业类型之间存在显著地负相关。结论：大学生职业类型的选择与人格维度之间存在显著地相关，职业类型的选择受其人格特质维度的影响。Objective: To investigate the relationship between personality traits and vocational interests in college students. Methods: EPQ-R and Holland Vocational tests were administered to 500 subjects, and their scores were subjected to correlation analysis. Results: Introversion and Extroversion is significantly positive correlated with vocational interest scores on investigative type artistic type, social type and enterprising type; Neuroticism is significantly negative correlated with vocational interest scores on social type and enterprising type. Conclusion: Personality dimension is significantly correlated with vocational interests in college students, the vocational type selection is influenced by personality dimension.
