平等和自由可以演化为稳定与灵活的辩证，即维护法律的稳定从而达到贯彻立宪者的目的，维护法律的权威，又使问题得到灵活的解决不受框架的局限。这是全世界所有实行民主制度国家都遇到的且难以解决的问题。崇尚自由的美国人所做的“美国梦”追求机会平等；拥有灿烂文明的中国人所做的“中国梦”期盼中华民族的伟大复兴。
Equality and freedom can evolve as a stable and flexible dialectic, which means maintaining the stability of the law so as to achieve the purpose of the framers; maintaining the authority of law, and also solving problem flexibly without framework limitations. It is a problem that all the countries of democratic system have encountered and is difficult to solve. Americans advocating freedom make the “American Dream” pursuing equality of opportunity; Chinese owning splendid civilization make “Chinese Dream” expecting great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
