目的：探讨肝癌介入术后患者并发症症状及护理方法。方法：对60例原发性肝癌患者行介入治疗的病情观察与护理。了解各种并发症发生情况，以及对并发症的重点护理要求。结果：60例患者中发热39例，出血5例，肾功能损害2例，骨髓抑制2例，胃肠道不适2例，腹痛和食欲下降的患者8例，排尿障碍2例。结论：重视TACE术后并发症，给予患者及时护理减轻患者痛苦，有效降低患者不适程度。Objective: To investigate the uncomfortable symptoms of patients with liver cancer after inter- ventional therapy and to explore the nursing methods. Methods: 60 cases of hospitalized patients with liver cancer were analyzed to learn the complications. Results: Patients with fever: 39 cases, bleeding: 5 cases, renal dysfunction: 2 cases, bone marrow suppression: 2 cases, gastrointestinal discomfort 2 cases, abdominal pain and lack of appetite: 8 cases, voiding dysfunction 2 cases. Conclusions: Close observation and timely nursing can effectively reduce the discomfort for patients.
